1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO)

2. Personal data being processed

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organisation, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction . The personal data being processed will consist, also depending on the user's decisions on how to use the services, by an identifier such as the name, email address, an identification number, location data, an online identifier and other data suitable for making you identified or identifiable, depending on the type of action performed (hereinafter "Personal Data"). In particular, the Personal Data processed through the rinoads.com website are as follows:

a. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified, even partially. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.

b. Data provided voluntarily by users

We refer to the data we collect when the user voluntarily decides to register on our platform. The data collected in these phases are limited and necessary to be able to contact the user again to fulfill her needs. For our statistical purposes it is possible that, together with the registration data, we store some parameters that make up the URL (for example the utm_source parameter) and the IP address. All the data processed in this phase are stored in secure databases located in Italy and with direct access reserved exclusively for the technical team only. The data collected will never be resold or provided to third parties for marketing purposes but will be stored and processed for purposes strictly related to the service for which the user is registering.

d. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie on the use of the website by the user (including his IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will anonymize the last octet of the IP address for member states of the European Union as well as for other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of Rinoads S.r.l., Google will use this information for the purpose of analyzing the use of the website by users, compiling reports on website activity for its operators and providing further services to the website provider related to the use of the site itself and the use of the Internet. e. HotJar

We use Hotjar to better understand how users interact on rinoads.com. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand user experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what they do or what doesn't work). 3. Purpose of the treatment

The processing we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
to. allow navigation and consultation of the rinoads.com website;
b. respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive via email, telephone or chat through dedicated sections on our Site, or via the integrated Messenger chat service (Facebook). With particular reference to responses to requests for assistance sent to rinoads.com by telephone, we inform you that the calls are not recorded;

4. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the treatment

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in section 3 (a-b-c) is art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation as the treatments are necessary for the provision of the contractual services. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the requested Services. For example, it would not be possible to register on the rinoads.com website and use the services that the website offers to the same registered users.

5. Recipients of personal data

The data collected on the rinoads.com website may only be viewed and processed by:
to. internal staff and technical team;
b. subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of provisions of the law or orders of the authorities (for example, during criminal investigations Rinoads S.rl. or the technical team may receive requests from of the judicial authority to provide telematic traffic logs);

6. Transfers of personal data

The data collected following registration on rinoads.com are not transferred to third parties unrelated to the activities and services offered by rinoads.com.

7. Retention of personal data

For the purposes referred to in section 3 (b, c), your Personal Data will be processed until your consent is revoked. In any case, the possibility for Rinoads S.r.l. to keep Personal Data up to the time allowed by Italian law to protect one's interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) of the Italian Civil Code). Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller or the DPO.

8. Rights of the interested party

You have the right to ask Rinoads S.r.l., at any time, to access your Personal Data, to rectify or cancel them or to oppose their treatment in the cases provided for by article 20 of the Regulation, you have the right to request the limitation of the treatment in the cases foreseen by the art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device (portability), in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. It is possible to make the request by writing to [email protected]. In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
